HIRING LEAD OFFICER!
Located at : Libis, Quezon City (Near Eastwood)
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, or CRM operations.
- Experience in service-based or automotive / repair industry (preferred but not required).
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficient in CRM systems (experience with Lark CRM is a plus).Knowledge of sales funnel metrics and lead management processes.Strong Excel / Google Sheets reporting and data analysis skills.Familiarity with digital lead channels (Facebook, referrals, website, walk-ins, partner branches).Core Competencies

Receive and review all incoming leads from various channels.Input leads accurately into Lark CRM with complete details.Assign leads to appropriate CSRs / sales reps based on branch or client type.Monitor daily lead status and ensure updates (New, Follow-up, Quoted, Closed, Lost).Maintain a clean and accurate lead database.Attributes & Work Ethics
