Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations and litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate issues.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
