Head Of Commercial And Technical Delivery

We are a UK-based construction and property development group delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a senior leader to drive both commercial control and technical coordination across multiple developments.

The Role

As Head of Commercial and Technical Delivery , you will take ownership of project budgets, scopes, compliance, and buildability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise in UK construction methods. You will ensure that design intent is translated into clear, buildable scopes of work and commercially viable solutions, while maintaining rigorous cost control and compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Review subcontractor packages and pricing
• Prepare and manage valuations and variations
• Maintain cost reports and cashflow input for finance
• Identify and implement value engineering opportunities

Technical & Scope Development

Design, Compliance & Coordination

Construction & Delivery Support
