With a Professional License from PRC (Professional Regulation Commission)
With at least 1 year of experience in the same capacity
Preferably has undergone 50-hour training in Occupational Health Nursing (conducted by OHNAP). If none, must be willing to undergo training.
Must have First Aid / Basic Life Support Training

Job Description :
Provides first aid treatment to employees / workers suffering from minor injuries, burns, cuts, bruises and abrasion.
Provides care, rescue and first-aid measures for injuries and illnesses.
Operates equipment and machines that are applicable to emergency care.
Evaluates and alleviates condition of patient by utilizing common sense and good clinical judgement which do not require physician’s evaluation according to the established emergency guidelines.
Keep and maintains the treatment rooms and equipment to make it functional and reliable, a well prepared emergency room as a whole.
Ensure proper care of casualties and establish procedures to be followed in the event of serious injuries such as a means of obtaining prompt medical and ambulant services.
Coordinates and informs the EHS Department on major injuries and cases attended.
Administers and dispenses medication as appropriate from DOLE approved list of medications and with proper instructions on how to take it.
Identifies and plans clinical materials, supplies and equipment that are required and raises requisition when needed.
Maintains adequate level of stocks of approved supplies of medicines.
Gather all data and statistics regarding health standards, medical audits and injury reporting (First aid treatment record).
Attend monthly Environmental Safety and Health (EHS) Meeting.
Updates the monthly Work Illness Summary Report and Work Accident Summary Report.
Prepare weekly and monthly first aid report including man-hour lost, lost time accident, medicine consumptions, medicine stocks and medicine requisition.
