Job description

"Manage and administer MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions such as

Addigy, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, or VMware Workspace ONE.

  • Oversee device enrollment and provisioning via Apple Business Manager (ABM) or

Apple School Manager (ASM).

  • Enforce security policies, including FileVault encryption, firewall settings, and
  • password requirements.

  • Deploy, update, and manage applications using Apple VPP (Volume Purchase
  • Program) and custom app deployments.

  • Configure and enforce advanced configuration profiles for Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and
  • security restrictions.

  • Provide Level II technical support, including advanced troubleshooting, script
  • execution, and remote commands.

  • Manage macOS updates, security patches, and compliance enforcement.
  • Maintain asset tracking and inventory management for Mac devices.
  • Implement Zero-Touch Deployment strategies for seamless device onboarding.
  • Monitor security threats and integrate with endpoint security solutions.
  • Administer role-based access control (RBAC) for user and role management"
  • "3+ years of experience in MDM administration and macOS device management.

  • Hands-on experience with Addigy, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, or
  • VMware Workspace ONE.

  • Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager
  • (ASM).

  • Expertise in security policies such as FileVault, firewall settings, and compliance
  • enforcement.

  • Experience with Apple VPP, app deployments, and patch management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS issues, remote support, and scripting (e.g.,
  • Bash, Python, or AppleScript).

  • Familiarity with Zero-Touch Deployment and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of network configurations, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and authentication
  • methods.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Jamf 200 or 300 Certification, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or
  • similar certifications.

  • Experience integrating MDM with endpoint security solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and workflow automation."
