Data Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or in an analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data for actionable insights
• Knowledge of marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign analysis
• Proficient in databases, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders
• Experience in leadership and mentorship, guiding junior analysts in a collaborative environment
• Solid business acumen with understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
• High attention to detail with accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments
• Skilled in onboarding and training new analysts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup (onsite twice a week)
• Flexible to work across both APAC and US shifts
