We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at our project site in Bacolod City . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite administrative tasks supporting the team in various essential functions. As a Technical Assistant your responsibilities will include :

• Document Control : Logging filing and maintaining critical documents to ensure easy access and proper organization.
• Petty Cash Handling : Managing petty cash fund onsite including reimbursement and liquidation of expenses.
• Reporting : Preparing weekly and monthly accomplishment reports ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately.
• Attendance Management : Preparing Daily Time Records and consolidating overtime submitting them to the B&I Coordinator and HR for attendance purposes.
• Office Supplies : Responsible for managing and ensuring the availability of office supplies onsite.
• Other Tasks : Assisting with other administrative and technical tasks as needed.
