Job descriptionManage and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Absence, ensuring smooth operations, audits, upgrades, and enhancements.Support expansion of HR systems roadmap, including tools like VNDLY, Peakon, and Time Tracking.Partner with IT for system updates, testing, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate with HR Operations to automate processes and improve cycle times.Lead the HRIS team, ensuring streamlined Workday operations and a positive employee experience.Ensure data integrity, resolve complex issues, and oversee escalations and integrations.Drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle and HR technology initiatives.Utilize AI and analytics tools to enhance reporting, decision-making, and automation.Coordinate with global teams and vendors to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives.Monitor system performance, adoption, and process improvements.
