Are you a USRN with a strong clinical background looking to transition into a dynamic documentation-focused role? Join our team as a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist and help bridge the gap between patient care and accurate medical recordkeeping.

Role Summary :

As a CDI Specialist , you will review and evaluate medical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with clinical and coding standards. Your clinical expertise will play a key role in improving the quality of healthcare documentation and supporting accurate coding, billing, and care coordination.

Qualifications :

• Active USRN license (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of bedside experience in Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Medical-Surgical Ward
• Strong understanding of clinical indicators, disease processes, and treatment plans
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Willing and able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig during mid shift hours
