What We're Looking For :

✅ 3+ years of experience in incident management, problem & change management

✅ Strong leadership and crisis management skills, root cause analysis

✅ Experience with ITIL framework and incident management tools

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✅ Technical background in IT infrastructure or software systems

✅ Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
