Network Operations Manager (North Luzon)
The Network Operations Manager will effectively manage network and technical resources in North Luzon to ensure reliability of existing network facilities and to support expansion projects for CATV and broadband services.
He / she will manage the fulfillment of requirements related to data installation and servicing, and plant network repair and maintenance for North Luzon.
He / she will conduct data analysis, plan, develop, specify, review and revise processes to improve manpower productivity and service efficiencies for North Luzon.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a licensed Electronics and Communciations Engineer, preferably with at least 5 years managerial experience in network operations in cable TV or telco.
- With strong project management experience and experienced in holding a team accountable to delivering performance targets.
- Must be organized, can communicate with all levels, with strong objective decision making and problem-solving capabilities, and experienced in people management and conflict resolution.
- Technical expertise must include knowledge of Cable and Broadband Network Operations
