JOB DESCRIPTION :
Plan and carry-out sales activities on assigned outlets in order to achieve Sales Department's goals.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage sales performance and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive positive growth within the assigned accounts.
2. Conduct daily visits to designated stores / outlets to monitor product placement, display compliance, and overall in-store execution.
3. Ensure proper and timely implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
4. Prepare and submit regular price survey reports for market analysis.
5. Monitor inventory levels of assigned accounts to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
6. Track delivery schedules and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
7. Liaise with customers regarding sales, delivery, and collection matters to maintain strong client relationships.
8. Forward product quality concerns to the Quality Control (QC) Department and ensure proper resolution.
9. Support the Credit and Collection (C&C) Department in managing account collections.
10. Collect customer payments and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) certificates as required.
11. Remit check payments to the C&C Department and / or the Cashier.
12. Assist in the retrieval and documentation of Bad Order (BO) items.
13. Prepare and submit monthly reports including itinerary plans, accomplishments, and activity summaries to the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or account management (e.g., CRM training, sales techniques) are an advantage.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Proven experience in managing key accounts, sales targets, and customer relationships.
Background in field sales or territory management is a plus
Salary Range : Php 20,000 - Php 22,000 (Plus commission)
