This role reports to : Finance Manager

In this role your goals will be :

In three months :

Familiarize with the internal accounting and reporting systems

Perform monthly closing and financial reporting liaison with regional finance team on reporting matters.

Establish good rapport with the agencies being handled.

Must be aware of making chart of accounts balance sheet and profit and loss account

In six months :

Provide and interpret financial information of the company to the Group management.

Preparing budgets and quarterly forecasts andtimelysubmission to regional office.

Monitoring actual performance with budgets and forecasts providing summary of variances and reasoning.

Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks.

In 12 months :

Support the commercial and client management services teams to provide guidance as per the financial perspective ofparticular agency

Support the agencies and / or specialized ESP in terms of budgeting and targets achievement.

Identifyopportunities to improve and achieve sustainable compliance in finance operations and reporting

Minimum qualifications :

ABachelors degree in Accounting preferably with a CPA or equivalent professional qualification

More than 3 years of work experience in accounting and financial reporting

Relevant experience with the Big 4 or large MNCs

Ability to workcollaboratelywith the agency teams and auditors

Work independentlymatureand responsible Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Must have advance excel skill

Attention to details and good analytical skills
