HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join the talent acquisition team at Doktors Generics Pharmacy Inc'. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support the growth and expansion of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in our office in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

Actively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation

Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks and extending job offers

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies

Implementing innovative recruiting techniques and tools to enhance the candidate experience

Providing monthly recruitment updates and analytics to measure the success of hiring initiatives

Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and employment regulations

What we're looking for

With at least 6 months experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the retail or healthcare industry

Can Start ASAP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders

Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
