You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, helping the practice stay compliant, and supporting the wider team with essential back-office responsibilities, including client billing and invoicing.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- General administrative duties such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling email communications.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records, databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as managing billing and invoicing processes, tracking payments, and sending reminders as needed.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, including onboarding, preparing engagement letters, managing HMRC authorisations, and requesting documents.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met on time.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the internal team.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Familiarity with the accounting industry and knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.A proactive, reliable team player with a professional approach.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.Must have a stable internet connection for work from home arrangement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have a stable internet connection for a hybrid work arrangement. Schedule : Monday to Friday | UK (3 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM MNL)
