Key Responsibilities of a Convenience Store Supervisor :
1. Store Operations :
o Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
o Maintain a clean and organized store environment
2. Customer Service :
o Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
o Promote customer loyalty programs and track customer loyalty
o Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
3. Inventory Management :
o Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking merchandise
o Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
