Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations, customer service, or within a call center environment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with GDS systems
- Sales experience
- Previous employment in the BPO industry
Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Manage and supervise the reservations team, conduct daily briefings, and facilitate training sessionsOperations Management : Oversee daily reservation activities, including responding to inbound calls for inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellationsCustomer Service : Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to guests inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high standard of servicePerformance Monitoring : Track team productivity, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain overall quality to meet performance goalsBenefits :
