What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls

Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

6 months of experience in a BPO or call centre environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
