Role Overview :
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech & Creative Focus) to own full-cycle recruitment delivery across technical, creative, and generalist roles. This role is primarily execution-focused (~80% recruitment delivery) with targeted sourcing support (~20%).
You will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to evaluate talent rigorously, drive interviews and offer processes, and ensure each hire meets Pearl’s high standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment and takes ownership over hiring outcomes across diverse roles.
Your Impact

Core Responsibilities (with percentage allocations)

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution – 80%
Manage intake, role calibration, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer closureEnsure multiple active roles are fully vetted and interview-ready before submissionDrive hiring outcomes while maintaining Pearl’s quality standardsTech, Creative & Generalist Role Coverage – 20%
Recruit technical roles (Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, QA)Recruit creative roles (UI / UX, Product, Design)Recruit generalist roles (Executive Assistants, Ops, Admin)Evaluate candidates to match role complexity without lowering standardsTargeted Sourcing Support – 20%
Conduct selective sourcing for underperforming pipelines or niche / time-sensitive rolesUse sourcing strategically in partnership with Pearl’s automation and systemsStakeholder Partnership
Lead structured intake calls to define success profiles, must-haves, and trade-offsSet clear expectations on timelines and market realitiesProvide proactive updates and recommendations to stakeholdersScreening, Evaluation & Quality Control
Conduct structured recruiter screens assessing role competence, communication, and culture fitProduce high-quality candidate summaries and scorecardsMaintain Pearl’s quality bar before candidate endorsementKPIs, Systems & Process Discipline
Own role-level KPIs (hires, time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality)Maintain accurate ATS / CRM dataFollow Pearl’s Blueprints, SOPs, Playbooks, and Job AidsFlag risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps proactivelyRequirements
Must-Haves (Required)
