Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, Dairy experience is a plus. Mostly dealing with B2B.

Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel

Job Description :

Assist with internal sales processes and administrative tasks : Streamlining day-to-day operations and ensuring that sales-related activities are well-organized, leaving the sales team more time to focus on high-priority tasks.

Handle inquiries from both the website and office calls : Managing incoming inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining a positive client experience at all touchpoints.

Support lead generation efforts : Collaborating with the sales team to identify and engage potential leads, further enhancing the pipeline and overall sales efforts.

Provide direct support to the sales team : Allowing them to focus more on strategic client engagements and business development by taking on administrative and operational responsibilities.
