Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of extensive experience in a BPO environment, with a significant portion in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record in implementing software solutions, systems, or services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
