Job descriptionYou possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have working knowledge of Strong knowledge of SMTP, email systems, and email deliverability practices., Experience with web hosting platforms, cPanel, and domain management., Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., Strong documentation and communication skills., Ability to troubleshoot software, integration, and hosting issues efficiently., Hands-on experience managing CRMs and marketing-related tools., Technical support experience for marketing teams, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, or analytics platforms. and + years experience in technical support, IT operations, or system administration. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments Attractive salary & benefits Excellent career development opportunities Work within a company with a solid track record of success
The Role :
- You will support Ad Ops, SEO, Web Development, and internal teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and coordinating with third-party providers.
- This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving , learning new tools, and contributing to multiple facets of digital marketing operations.
- This role ensures smooth technical operations across clients’ and agency’s digital platforms, from email systems and website hosting to security, integrations, and technical support for marketing teams .
