This is a remote position.
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist with strong experience in influencer marketing to join our team. This role is responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and executing influencer collaborations that align with our brand goals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and can turn insights into high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments / messages, and engage with communities in real time.
Track social media performance, prepare analytics reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Influencer Marketing
Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach, negotiation, briefing, contract coordination, to performance reporting.
Build long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
Analyze campaign results and provide insights on ROI, engagement, and conversions.
Content & Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and seasonal initiatives.
Create visually engaging content, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Canva .
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Product) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Brand Growth & Strategy
Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, audience growth, and engagement strategies.
Optimize social media content based on insights, audience behavior, and KPIs.
Explore new opportunities for channel expansion and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (preferred but not required).
2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
Proven success in managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Canva for content creation, graphic design, and multimedia assets.
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
