Location : Makati City

Work Setup : Return to Office (RTO), Graveyard / Night Shift

Compensation : PHP 71,400 – PHP 81,400 (Basic Salary) + PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance

Job Level : SG 26

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Active Medical Allied License required.

Strong background in adult learning, training program design, and facilitation.

Ability to analyze performance gaps and implement effective training interventions.

Strong communication, collaboration, and consultative skills.

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced business environment.
