As part of their global growth, they are seeking a Research Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for incoming research inquiries.
This role is ideal for someone with a psychology or research background who thrives in client-facing environments and wants to contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the front-line representative for incoming research inquiries
Handle initial communications with professionalism and empathy
Conduct preliminary assessments of research partnership opportunities
Log and track all communications in the CRM system
Coordinate handoffs to senior research team members
Build and maintain positive relationships with research partners
Provide regular updates and support to the research team
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Research, or related field (final-year students considered)
Previous client-facing or customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
Familiarity with research processes (preferred)
CRM experience (training provided)
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Practical Requirements :
Based in the Philippines
Available to work on a GMT+1 schedule
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
