JOB OPENING : ACCOUNTING CLERK / STAFF

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting Department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Encode and update financial transactions in the system

Prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring

Maintain and organize accounting files and documents

Reconcile daily transactions and assist in monthly financial reports

Support the Accounting team with other clerical tasks as needed

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information

Qualifications :

Graduate of BS in Accounting, Finance, or any related field

With at least 6 months – 1 year relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills
