Overview
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Analyze business requirements and customer needs
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management
Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts or promotions and verify that all clinic staff are familiar with the details of what is being offered
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Monitor and report on department performance
