Requirements:
Filipino proficient in Korean language
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Preferably Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or any business-related courses
Knowledgeable in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
Responsible in gathering data and information need
Analyzing and interpret the collected data
Provide recommendation based on status report
Experience in the same industry is a plus but not required
Data analysis, statistical evaluation of the findings, and continued monitoring.
Develop and execute databases, methods for collecting data, data analytics, and other plans for enhancing statistical performance and accuracy.
Report the problem with explanations, an explanation, and a response or guidance. In accordance with KPI trend analysis, analyze existing Customer Service operations to determine areas that require improvements.
Assist with project planning and management
