The Senior Marketing Manager will be the strategic leader driving GKSI’s marketing initiatives across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and executive leadership, this role bridges strategic thinking with impactful execution.
You will manage a team of Marketing Managers, Associates, Graphic Artists, and Content Creators, while collaborating with the CEO, General Managers, and Department Heads to ensure brand alignment and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall marketing vision and direction across GKSI's brand portfolio, aligning with business objectives while maintaining distinct brand identities.
Oversee the integrated marketing of multiple brands, driving customer growth, brand equity, and market differentiation.
Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team. Establish systems, pipelines, and best practices for scalable success.
Identify trends and shifts in the market. Drive cutting-edge digital, traditional, and experiential marketing strategies to stay ahead of competition.
Manage and optimize cross-brand marketing budgets with clear performance KPIs and ROI benchmarks.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience teams to embed marketing into company-wide strategies.
Present insights, campaign results, and future initiatives to CMO and senior leadership. Influence decision-making with data-driven strategies.
Lead CRM and loyalty initiatives to enhance retention, personalization, and lifetime customer value.
