About the Role :

As a CBRE Compliance Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of statutory and regulatory compliance related to contractual staffing in the private sector. This role requires hands-on-experience with DOLE guidelines, wage and labor laws, audits, and daily compliance operations including payroll, attendance, terminations, and background verifications.

What You'll Do :

• Statutory Compliance : Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, wage laws, and employment standards.
• Audit & Risk : Conduct internal audits, support external inspections, and manage risk mitigation.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee onboarding, background checks, payroll and terminations.
• Policy Management : Draft and update policies; maintain compliance documentation.
• Reporting : Submit reports to management and government agencies.
• Employee Support : Address queries related to benefits and statutory contributions.
• Training : Educate staff and operations teams on compliance protocols.
• Monitoring : Stay updated on labor law changes and communicate updates.
