Client Profile : One of the most leading companies and most innovative in wiring systems for automobiles. This company continues provides exporting wiring harness instruments and components for automotives systems in different countries for 6 years of operation.

Position : Supply Chain Supervisor

Industry : Manufacturing Company

Salary : Php25,000 – Php30,000

Location : Binalonan, Pangasinan

Schedule : Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Work Set up : Work on site

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role (Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain preferred)

Professional certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain is an advantage

Proficient in procurement systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Experience in managing and maintaining supplier relationships

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise purchasing team operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and policy compliance.

Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies and monitor supplier performance.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure contract compliance.

Maintain accurate records and prepare procurement reports.
