As a Security Analyst, you will be a key member of the Global Cybersecurity Team, responsible for strengthening the organization’s security posture. You will monitor security tools and dashboards, identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, assess risks across IT and cloud environments, and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure timely remediation. You will also help enhance vulnerability management processes, contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure the organization’s systems remain secure and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security tools and dashboards to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend compensating controls.
- Evaluate risks across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and applications.
- Communicate vulnerability findings to relevant teams and track remediation progress through closure.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for engineering teams and high-level summaries for management.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to improving vulnerability management tools, workflows, and governance.
- Support cybersecurity programs aligned with organizational security objectives.
- Perform regular security scans, validate vulnerabilities via penetration testing, and retest fixes to ensure effectiveness across enterprise and cloud environments.
- Administer and monitor security tools to support ongoing operations.
- Assist in establishing metrics and KPIs to measure vulnerability reduction and program maturity.
- Partner with business units and engineering teams to implement security policies, improve processes, and enhance compliance.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects, technical discussions, and cross‑functional meetings.
- Identify and address gaps in the cybersecurity program to strengthen overall security posture.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or cybersecurity.Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation workflows.Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure and AWS).Strong knowledge of networking, Windows / Linux operating systems, and application security.Familiarity with vulnerability frameworks such as NIST, CVSS, etc.Experience with programming or scripting and exposure to DevSecOps practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear oral, written, and visual presentations.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Customer‑focused mindset with strong willingness to learn and grow.Preferred certifications : SANS GIAC, Network+, Security+, AZ‑500, or similar.Seniority level
