This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (PST)

Timezone : Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours

Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Human Resources Administrator based in the

Philippines to help manage and support the HR operations of our company. Working

remotely, you will ensure HR processes run smoothly, maintain compliance with USA labor

laws, and contribute to cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with City of Los Angeles, California State, and USA Federal labor laws (preferred).
  • Maintain employee records and HR policies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
  • Coordinate payroll and statutory benefits.
  • Handle employee relations, queries, and performance evaluation support.
  • Oversee training, engagement, and development programs.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-3 years HR administration experience, preferably remote and real estate industry
  • related experience.

  • Strong knowledge of California labor law and statutory benefits PREFERRED.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ADP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and remote
  • collaboration tools.

    Working Conditions

    Must have reliable internet and the ability to work independently.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 2–3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a remote setup. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
