We are seeking a Tech Support Blended (Chat and Voice) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Angeles City Pampanga and will involve providing technical support and assistance to our valued customers via both chat and voice channels.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via chat and voice channels
Providing knowledgeable and efficient resolutions to customer problems
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Continuously expanding your technical knowledge to better assist customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements
What we're looking for
Associate / College Graduate / 2 yrs college in Information Technology
or any related field with 12 months of hardcore tech experience in BPO or non-BPO
(hardware and software troubleshooting)
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to type 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional certification / training in technical field is preferred
Shifting schedule / Weekends / Holidays / OT required
