F&B Operations Management :
Oversee and ensure that all F&B outlets (store rooms, kitchen, restaurant, buffets, bars) operate according to company standards.Maintain adequate inventory levels of food and beverages in alignment with the budget set by the Main Office.Conduct and manage regular inventories of utensils, equipment, and other F&B items as per company procedures.Ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to Food Safety and Public Health requirements.Implement and oversee F&B staff training programs.Lead and motivate F&B staff by setting a positive example and ensuring proper disciplinary actions are taken when necessary.Plan and approve vacation schedules and work shifts for F&B staff, considering guest volume and staffing needs.Guest Interaction :
Proactively resolve guest issues and demonstrate genuine concern for their well-being.Engage with guests, socialize, and address special orders and requests.Coordinate and follow up on guest-related matters to ensure complete satisfaction.Safety :
Participate in safety drills and adhere to local or city health operating procedures.Ensure all F&B staff comply with safety and sanitation standards.Finance :
Act in the company’s best interest to minimize costs and maximize revenues.Follow purchasing procedures accurately and conduct daily spot checks of storerooms, bars, and dining rooms.Provide written reports on inventory and financial matters to relevant departments.Train and supervise F&B staff to minimize equipment breakage, loss, damage, and to prevent injury.Additional Responsibilities :
Maintain and update the F&B Operations Manual to reflect current standards and procedures.Ensure proper handling and sanitation of garbage and waste.Achieve economical working procedures and minimize food wastage.Subordinates : All Restaurant FOH StaffReports to Operations Manager and Operations Director
