Job descriptionCoordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the Business Development Manager and team.Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, and contracts.Prepare reports and presentations for pipeline tracking, project status, and client engagement.Support bid preparation, RFP responses, and proposal submissions.Ensure that BD processes are compliant with internal policies and documentation requirements.Liaise with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to facilitate project execution.Oversee administrative functions related to client onboarding and contract execution.Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and logistical planning for BD initiatives.Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry of leads and opportunities.Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency within the BD team.
