Job Description :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of virtual stylists, image quality specialists, and external production partners.

Build and scale large outsourced teams to ensure productivity, engagement, and adherence to brand standards.

Establish clear performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and operational KPIs to drive excellence.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including creative, AI, and brand teams—to align output with business goals.

Oversee end-to-end project workflows for virtual styling and AI image production, from concept to delivery.

Manage projects in Asana or similar tools, ensuring accurate task planning, prioritization, and timeline adherence.

Develop production schedules, capacity plans, and dashboards for real-time operational visibility.

Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and implement structured project management methodologies.

Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and production vendors to ensure service excellence.

Monitor vendor performance, enforce quality standards, and uphold service-level agreements (SLAs).

Develop frameworks for evaluating vendor efficiency, communication, and scalability.

Lead vendor onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define and enforce high standards for image quality, styling accuracy, and brand consistency.

Oversee systematic quality control processes and resolve discrepancies with internal and external teams.

Collaborate with AI and creative teams to refine virtual styling models and enhance rendering accuracy.

Use data-driven insights to evolve quality benchmarks and improve operational performance.

Champion the integration of emerging tools, automation, and AI technologies to streamline production workflows.

Stay informed of industry trends in virtual styling, digital fashion, and AI-generated imagery.

Develop and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to ensure consistency across all teams and partners.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Visual Arts, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in digital fashion, creative operations, or e-commerce production — with proven experience managing outsourced or offshore teams.

Strong proficiency in Asana (or similar project management platforms such as Airtable or Monday.com) for team coordination, task tracking, and workflow automation.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, fast-paced creative projects.

Experience overseeing 3PL operations or external vendor management in a creative production or digital content environment.

Deep understanding of digital image quality standards, styling principles, and fashion aesthetics.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
