Nurse Manager

Description

Responsible for management and supervision of the Nursing Department including personnelMedical Assistant Supervisor Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) Registered Nurses (RN) Phlebotomists Scribes this includes the Manchester Point Arena Satellite Clinic. Ensures quality patient care and may assist nursing personnel / providers with procedures such as triage patient intake immunizations and phlebotomy. Adheres to the California Nursing Practice Act at all times.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Current unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Four years related experience or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Certified Nurse Manger and Leader (CNML) certification a plus.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
