Job description

Work Setup : Hybrid / Midshift

Location : BGC Area

Job Description

  • Customize, implement, support and / or develop new products and services using SAP technology and methodology. Act as primary instructor and content expert for SAP courses. Provide Pre-Sales support to the sales process.
  • Developing and implementing SAP systems for business clients and needs
  • Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned SAP processes, solutions and products
  • Analyze customers’ business requirements, map to SAP technology, identify gaps and dependencies among applicable modules
  • Demonstrate product functionality within the client’s business context.
  • Develop functional design, specifications and modifications to close gaps
  • Configure the solution (including interface with among modules) and develop test scenarios to ensure quality of designed system
  • Prepare documentation for user’s references or as required by the project methodology, ISO requirements and consultants billing purposes.
  • Apply change management techniques to fully support client’s transformation and increase speed of implementation
  • Support clients on maintenance mode by resolving system incidents, complying with issue management procedures and providing documentation of raised issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of Computer / Information Technology, IT-software, Engineering
  • Can perform all activities necessary in executing a full implementation project
  • Seasoned through leading several full lifecycle including post live support
  • Validate and approve MDG Change Requests (CRs)
  • Resolve support tickets in a timely manner
  • Prepare and deliver monthly data reports (SOX compliance)
  • Provide Master Data expertise
  • Resolve data integrity issues effectively
  • Ensure adherence to Data Quality Rules, standards, and policies
  • Identify and address data quality issues proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support goals
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP MDG
  • Able to work on hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig City on a dayshift / midshift work schedule.
