Set-up and Location : WFH / Onsite

Work Schedule : 9 : 00AM to 6 : 00PM (ACST) | 7 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM (PH)

Are you a skilled architectural draftsperson with a strong foundation in residential design and a sharp eye for detail? We’re looking for someone proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape to join our collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality architectural documentation and 3D visualisations for a range of residential projects. You’ll work closely with Designers, Consultants, and Clients, playing a key role in delivering innovative and practical designs.

What You'll Do :

You'll be the kind of person who :

  • Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using Revit
  • Create visualisations and concept models in SketchUp and Enscape
  • Coordinate with project teams and external consultants
  • Assist with design development and project coordination

Requirements

What You Bring :

We're looking for someone who :

  • Minimum 3–4 years' experience in residential architecture
  • High proficiency in Revit (essential), plus SketchUp and Enscape
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Desirable Skills :

  • Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian residential building standards

    Requirements

    Requirements / Skills Needed : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
