Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Maintenance Head to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Engineering and Maintenance teams, execute preventive maintenance programs, and oversee major mechanical projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that facility staff are present, projects are delivered on time, and the company’s operational standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project‑based deployment of Facilities Engineers and related staff are available for daily activities and respond to emergencies.
• Manage the day‑to‑day tasks of property Engineering and Maintenance functions.
• Implement the company’s Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects.
• Vet fit‑out and renovation plans to ensure compliance with corporate rules.
• Recommend and implement energy conservation initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment or service upgrades.
• Troubleshoot emergency technical situations.
• Execute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and report observations to the Technical Coordinator.
• Coach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staff.
