The Multimedia Designer Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of the Graphic Design Team, collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to create high-impact visuals across digital, web, and social media platforms. This role requires both creativity and agility, producing campaign-ready assets that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support fast-paced marketing initiatives worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visuals and campaigns for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and social media.
- T ranslate design briefs into effective marketing assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Produce high-quality graphics, animations, and short-form videos tailored for digital marketing.
- Support brand marketing with sales collaterals, event materials, and product templates.
- Work closely with requesters and marketing specialists to deliver on-brand, timely outputs.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various digital platforms and formats.
- Revise and improve designs based on team and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and multimedia touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design, Multimedia, Marketing, IT, or related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic and multimedia design.Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing design work (web, social media, ads, campaign visuals).Proficiency in industry-standard tools : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Adobe XD (or equivalents).Experience in website and digital ad design (HTML / CSS knowledge a plus).Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to design for both static and motion media.Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability to evolving campaign needs.Hiring Condition : Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire.
