Help ensure smooth and efficient processing of insurance claims. This role supports the claims team with documentation, investigation, and customer communication.
- Input and organize claim information accurately in the system
- Collect and file needed documents (e.g. receipts, medical reports)
- Help review claims for errors or missing info
- Assist with simple investigations or follow-ups
- Support in processing and settling claims
Qualifications :
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree2 years of experience in Non-Motor Claims or insurance claimsBackground in administration or customer service is a plusFamiliar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and claims softwareOrganized, detail-oriented, and good at multitaskingStrong communication and analytical skillsA team player with a proactive attitudeAmenable to work in Mandaluyong
