Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Specialist to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various departments, help manage internal documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, emails, and internal communications

• Organize and maintain company files and records
• 
  
• Support HR, finance, and content teams with administrative tasks
• 
  
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and take meeting notes

• Ensure task deadlines and project updates are tracked properly

• Handle data entry and maintain CRM or project management tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or Notion

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
