Virtual Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a founder-level leader in a professional services environment. This role focuses on optimizing schedules, managing communication, moving projects forward, and supporting content and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, priorities, and communication
- Support email outreach and follow-up
- Create social media posts and basic graphics using Canva
- Assist with newsletter production using MailerLite
- Track project progress and maintain dashboards
- Administer assessments and surveys (SurveyMonkey, Working Genius, DiSC)
- Organize supporting documents and reference materials
- Monitor website activity and provide user support
- Assist with inbox management over time
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and engagement when needed
