Branch Operations Officer - Cash Services

Our Cash Services Department team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Cavite and Pampanga with the role of Branch Operations Officer.

In this role, you will oversee and ensure the efficiency, timeliness, and security of cash operations, including deposit pick-ups, ATM replenishments, BSP cash transactions, and store cash servicing. You will also play a key role in process improvements, compliance, and maintaining operational excellence.

What the role will entail

• Manage overall cash operations for stores, deposit pick-up clients, ATMs, and BSP cash transactions.

• Ensure timely servicing of client deposits, ATM replenishments, and store cash requirements.

• Oversee BSP cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers of excess and mutilated bills.

• Monitor armored car operations and ensure cash-in-transit and vault cash are within insured limits.

• Prepare and review transaction reports, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders on operational concerns, security, and service quality.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course

• At least 7 years of experience in cash or branch operations in an officer capacity

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles

• Proficient in computer applications and operational reporting

• Strong interpersonal and human relations skills

• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
