Work Setup : Onsite (Cebu)

Work Schedule : Mon - Sat, 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities :

Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Region

Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and / or exceeded.

Establish, maintain, and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.

Hire, develop, and motivate sales personnel.

Requirements :

Required skill(s) : Selling, account management, negotiation.

Familiarity of the accounts and area (Cebu).

General Trade, modern trade, and Distributorship management

People management

Can do fieldwork.
