Role / Scope

Long-term, dedicated Virtual Assistant to support my commercial real estate brokerage business in Los Angeles.
Start part-time at 20 hours / week, with the goal of increasing up to 30–40 hours / week if it’s a good fit.
I work roughly 9am–5pm Pacific and need at least 2–4 hours of daily overlap with my day (the rest can be flexible / asynchronous).

Key Tasks

Email + calendar management (triage inbox, schedule / confirm meetings and property tours).

Maintain a deal pipeline / CRM : update stages, dates, estimated commissions; send a simple weekly pipeline summary.

Create / update basic tour books, one-pagers, and simple slide decks from templates (Google Docs / Sheets / Slides or PowerPoint).

Organize property files in Google Drive (photos, aerials, marketing packages).

Draft follow-up emails after meetings / tours based on my notes or voice memos.

Track key client / prospect touchpoints (last contact, next follow-up).

VA Profile I’m looking for :

Very strong written and spoken English (U.S. client-facing email quality).

Strong with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; detail-oriented and organized.

Proactive, reliable, and interested in a long-term role who can grow with my business.
