Store Maintenance Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Civil Engineering and a licensed Civil Engineer
• Preferably experienced in supervisory role specializing in equipment maintenance and project management
• Proficient in Office Applications and knowledgeable at least in AutoCAD
• Must know how to drive with valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to do field work.

Job Description:

• Supervises the construction of new stores and offices
• Monitors preventive maintenance services of maintenance technicians
• Provides technical assistance to Engineering Head
• Implements occupational safety and health standards/programs
• Prepare billing of quantities, planning and drawing
• Prepares and submits periodic reports
• Reviews and evaluates performances of contractors
