Administrative Assistant (Remote, Full-Time, Night Shift)

Salary : ₱28,000–₱32,000 / month

We’re looking for an organized, confident, and people-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our US-based music education program. If you're great at communicating, love helping others, and enjoy working in a structured and supportive environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

• Handle calls and emails with parents, teachers, and partners
• Update class rosters, attendance, and schedules
• Send reminders and student updates
• Coordinate with the US operations team
• Maintain organized files and trackers

Qualifications :

Strong English communication (neutral or near-native accent)

Professional phone etiquette

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Admin, customer service, or BPO experience preferred

Interest in music or education is a plus

Tech Requirements :

Quiet workspace & stable internet (20 Mbps+)

Noise-canceling headset

Laptop / desktop with backup internet / power preferred
